We promote diversity by engaging youth from different backgrounds, including minority groups and refugees, and encourage cooperation across cultures through Erasmus+ projects and international exchanges.

We value collaboration, both locally and internationally, and believe in building strong networks with other organisations, institutions, and youth structures to implement impactful, socially relevant projects.

Empowering Youth Through Action and Connection
IYAC Bulgaria (International Youth Activity Center) is a dynamic non-profit youth organization, dedicated to inspiring and empowering young people through education, volunteering, and international cooperation. Since 2014, we have been creating meaningful opportunities for youth to grow personally and professionally, while becoming active citizens in their communities and beyond. Our work spans local and international initiatives, from organizing Erasmus+ youth exchanges and training courses to leading cultural and educational projects across Europe. Through strong partnerships, inclusive values, and a passion for social impact, we aim to support young people in discovering their potential, strengthening their skills, and shaping a more connected, open, and engaged world.

Write It Down!
"Write It Down" was a training course held from March 11–19, 2025, aimed at equipping youth workers with practical skills to design and write successful Erasmus+ KA1 project applications.
Do It Yourself!
"Do It Yourself!" was an Erasmus+ training course organized by IYAC Bulgaria in March 2025, where participants developed and facilitated their own workshops, enhancing their skills in youth work and non-formal education.
Step Forward!
"Step Forward!" was an Erasmus+ youth exchange hosted by IYAC Bulgaria in January 2025 in Stara Zagora, where participants developed leadership, teamwork, and public speaking skills while exploring creative use cases of AI in building CVs and resumes to improve their career opportunities.
Keep Talking!
"Keep Talking!" was an Erasmus+ youth exchange focused on developing participants’ communication skills through Non-Violent Communication techniques and improvisational theater, promoting intercultural dialogue and active citizenship.
